THE PERSON BEHIND THE PATCHES
Hi, I’m Matt.
A former Deputy Sheriff and a patch collector since 1990.
After many years in the emergency services patch collecting hobby, my interest grew into designing and producing patches for law enforcement, fire, EMS, and other public safety agencies.
In 2014, I started Susquehanna Valley Emblems. I work personally with customers to develop their ideas. If you already have a design or artwork ready, that is great. Otherwise, I am happy to assist with creating a great looking design for you.
This is a small, independently operated business. You’ll work directly with me, from the first conversation through the finished patch.

Train. The first chapter.
My first patch project was for a K9 handler with a local police department and featured her partner, Train. That project turned an idea into an embroidered patch—and marked the beginning of Susquehanna Valley Emblems.
